I would give them no stars if it was an option. We hired them to clean our pool weekly, because my husband unfortunately doesn't have the time to do it himself. I feel like I'm being robbed by this company at this point. We just got another weekly bill for nearly $200, and I just went out there to discover a dirty pool with 4 live frogs and 1 dead one. It says they have to come back again, so that means we are looking at probably $250-300 this week alone. There is NO REASON we should be paying nearly $1k a month to have them clean a pool. I feel like every couple of days we get a note in our mailbox saying - Hey, we just stole another couple of hundred dollars from you. SHAME ON YOU PLEASANT POOLS. Warning, stay far, far away from this company.
