  Short story STAY AWAY from these grossly incompetent thieves!!!! They charge 4 times what Macy's charges for alterations and on top of that they destroyed my daughters Prom dress by making lopsided alterations that made the dress unwearable. When we told them how unhappy we were with their work instead of correcting it or making good for the damages they yelled at us saying that we directed them to do poor tailoring. They also hacked the job of shortening the dress and made it too short and uneven. When we showed they work to other tailors they could not believe that anyone could call themselves a tailor and destroy clothing like Elegant Custom Tailoring did. We had to buy another dress at Macy's where they altered it for $30 instead of 4 x the price of Elegant Custom Butchering Tailor
