I contacted Dana Breslow and he stepped in and followed through to make sure that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. He came out to our home on several occasions to assist with the problems and had Hunter Douglas replace a blind and our hub. He has continued to follow-up with us to ensure that everything is going well. We have also purchased paint from their Chester store and find the staff to be very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend Breslow for all your home decorating needs as their attentiveness and customer service is second to none.
